WHO TAKES CARE OF THE LEGAL STUFF?
The Madrid building regulations set out the minimum standards for any construction project. The regulations are primarily concerned with ensuring that a property is structurally sound and complies with the relevant health and safety regulations.
We are familiar with the process of obtaining Works Licences (Licencia de Obras) in Madrid and will check and prepare the application and negotiate any minor changes required by the municipal authorities on your behalf.
